By utilising our website payments / store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

  1. Services Provided
    • Our website facilitates the purchase of products (“Products”) and processes payments securely for purchase of those products, or for donations.
    • We collect personal information necessary to process transactions, including but not limited to name, address, email, and payment information.
  2. Payment Processing
    • When you make a purchase through our website, you authorize us to process your payment and charge your chosen payment method.
    • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processor (eWay). We do not store credit card details on our servers.
  3. Personal Information
    • We collect, store, and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    • Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of processing your donation / purchase order, providing customer service, and complying with legal obligations.
    • We do not use your personal details provided during purchase to sign you up to our newsletter or mail-outs. If you would like to be included on these, please use the appropriate sign-up forms.
  4. Refunds
    • Our refund and returns policy is in line with Consumer law. To be eligible for a return, your item must be materially faulty, not fit-for-purpose, significantly different from product pictures / desciptions or not of acceptable quality.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and an email to info@operationcleft.org.au, with a description of the issue or reason for return. We can then advise on the return address to send the goods to, and the refunds process.
  5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    • We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
  6. Governing Law
    • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Victoria, Australia.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
