REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your donation or recent transaction with Operation Cleft Australia. If you have a query about the transaction, we’re here to help.
Refunds may be made where:
- A donation is made in error
- A donation is made for an incorrect amount
A refund would be offered for any of the above.
Request a refund by contacting us within 30 days of the error being made. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
